Our GOALS are accomplished through our services, administered with a heart for God and a desire to introduce the possibilities of intimate fellowship with Him.
~ Ministry - Develop vertical relationships = between the Lord and man (mankind); and horizontal relationships = among men
(mankind)
~ Leadership - Equip others for leadership, to work and serve toward expanding the Kingdom of God
~ Teams/Departments/Ministries - Build teams to infiltrate the enemy's camp, claim territory and plant the flag of the Kingdom
of God right here in the earth

We like to look at this as our "other Kingdom duties as assigned".
~ Pastoral Care calls, visits, and correspondence
~ Ministerial guidance based on the Word of God
~ Whatever else the Lord has for us to do to glorify Him and for the expansion of His Kingdom
